Professional training
Remote objects impose tough conditions for work and life, and the level of training of doctors and paramedics should be much higher than in outpatient clinics or inpatient hospitals, because sometimes the ability of full-fledged working ability or the life of an object's staff at the time of an accident directly depends on the decisions made by medical personnel. In order to work as efficiently as possible at a remote facility, it is not enough just to hire a specialist — the doctor or medical assistant of a remote facility must have certain knowledge and skills.
One of the advantages of the institute is the presence of a training simulation center in Tomsk and Moscow with an exclusive for Russia program of training in the provision of medical care. This is the only center that issues certificates of the established international standard:

BLS provider (Basic Life Support, basic reanimation): a training course for company employees, with medical and non-medical education, basic first aid skills, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, safe use of an automatic external defibrillator.

BLS instructor: training instructors for basic CPR and the safe use of automated external defibrillation.

ALS provider (Advanced Life Support, Extended Life Support Courses): Advanced resuscitation to identify critical conditions and provide further assistance.
The course is intended for employees with medical education.

ITLS provider (International Trauma Life Support, pre-hospital trauma care): lectures and practical exercises on rendering medical aid to injured people with injuries aimed at stabilizing the state of the injured injured and preparing for medical evacuation. The course is conducted by certified International Trauma Life Support instructors.
The course is designed for outpatient health care providers and emergency and emergency medical services.

ACLS provider (advanced cardiac maintenance protocol): training in the provision of medical emergency care in restoring spontaneous circulation and airway. Training to work in large and small groups. The course is conducted by certified American Heart Association instructors. The course is held in the format of practical training on mannequins, simulators.
The course is intended for ambulatory health care providers and emergency and emergency medical services, cardiac surgeons, ship doctors and medical students.

REM provider
- a course of emergency medical care at remote sites in appropriate conditions: at the enterprises of oil and gas industry and on sea vessels. Designed for medical and non-medical personnel of companies engaged in the extraction of minerals at remote sites.
